Who are we?


Founded by Mr. Debajit Choudhury, the Managing Director of the Company, NIS is a reputed brand name today. Our company emanates the spirit of innovation, dedication and aspires to provide world class services to its customers. Being in a service sector, client satisfaction is at the heart of our business. Also, NIS would fail to run without people, it is a business that thrives on manpower, therefore employee satisfaction is vital to us. Our company today has a strength of approximately 16000 personnel, operating in 17 states across India.

NIS has a specialized cell run by senior professionals who are expert in developing all security related SOPs, Manuals, Crisis Management Plans, Contingency Planning, and Occupational Safety & Health Policies. This cell is headed by retired officers.

1985

NIS was founded. We started with only 5 security gaurds in one site.

1986

NIS got its first airport security contract in Bihar, which required a 100 manpower strength.

1996

NIS added three security divisions to their business. By 1996 NIS had a strength of 500 personnel.

2006

NIS opened 9 branches operating in 6 states of India. They reached 4000 manpower strength. Formed a group company, Keertika Academy Pvt. Ltd

2010

NIS becomes a company of 7500 personnel. Introduces integrated facility management division.

2019

Currently we have 16000 personnel working. We provide services in 11 states of India with almost 600 clients.
